actually it is, it was a plain aluminum oil cap thank you.
And it helps me to purchase my SHO accessories, so this goes to the SHO community, as my many prevoius purchases have. So, then , they produce more custome parts... you see. I am going to change it so it says SHO later.

At least it says Ford...WTF

This project appears to have stagnated, so I would like to either kick it in gear or kick it to the curb and issue a refund.

To kick it in gear, here is what I propose. We will eliminate the SHO lettering since that is the option that required a custom two piece adjustable ****. The tuning fork design is not as directional and it will compliment the SHO lettering better on the tanks. We will get the proposed graphic up on the site, so people get a better idea of what it will look like. This design will work well with the round cap and will be CNC machined into the surface.

Since we are now much simpler, we can reduce the initial run size to only needing 5 people. We already have one paid so we only need 4 more people and we will make the run of caps.

Are there four other people that are willing to buy one of these beauties?

So... seriously, what's going on with these? Can I just get my firewall vacuum hoses already? lol I've given up hope on this cap. It was a good idea, though!

ill be done for 2 if i can get pictures of all the options you have listed so i know what im getting into because if it dont match or i cant get it to match anything under the hood then its usless to me.

also combined shipping wouldnt be so bad since im in the same place where it says over $14 to ship a oil cap...

i gotta be honest i have the same feelings at hawk hence why i dont really buy anything off the site.

Difference being, I actually bought one. Like three months ago. Ok, maybe not three months ago, but still. A while ago. No cap, and no word. It is slightly aggravating. Not too much, but just a little.

I know Mike was trying to get something to work out.

We already have pictures of the SHO logo. The other option is tuning forks.

If we can get more orders it will happen but Mike will be handling this and should be posting soon.

We are trying to save this product, but very few people are showing interest.

My only option to save the product and get Hawkeye the cap he bought is to limit the run to only the tuning fork design in bright annodizing (polished look), and buy a small run. This means there would be no options for color (unles you reannodized the cap), and your only choice is the tuning fork.

If I could just get even two more people to buy a bright annodized tuning fork design cap, I will front the rest. I really hate giving up on a new product, but when you can buy a *** metal cap from overseas for $5 shipped, it is a tough sell.

Hang in there Hawkeye. We have not forgotton you and we will make it right one way or another even if the cap project dies a horrible death.

Lol it's not a huge deal. I will - somehow - manage to live on without an oil cap with a tuning fork on it. Would it be nice? Yes, but I don't want you declaring bankruptcy over it. Besides, like I already said if the oil cap falls through then I just want you to put my money towards some of those cool firewall vacuum lines. In blue, please.

Either way, you're keeping my money so I'm not worried about it! :laugh_ti:

OT, but any updates on those valve cover grommets? It's getting towards mid-may... :munch:
