What color smoke?
WHAT COLOR SMOKE???

Black? Rich fuel air mixture. Check codes for several possibilities. E.G. bad O2 sensor, IAC motor, air filter, MAF, etc.

Thick white and maybe a little blue/gray? Burning oil. Maybe bad rings, or more likely valve seals.

Thin whispy white smoke that is normal in cooler weather, or whispy white smoke that smells like anti-freeze. If it smells like anti-freeze it generally indicates a bad head gasket.

Without more detailed information, I cannot be of any more help! rangerj

Crank seal leak onto Cats and blown back....if you are not seeing a big drop of level on the dip-stick...
IMHO. shrug
I've replaced Snowwind's twice and I'm not doing it again.....
Funny story, coming off freeway run(about 4 years ago)exit, up to light, idling. Camaro comes up next to me. Neither one of us has a way out of the line. Snow begins to burn off the dripping oil(sweat eek! ) from a good work out. Camaro rolls down window and yells that my car is smoking. I yell back, yep, the Ford is going to blow up his Camaro if the light doesn't change fast eek!
Basically, I could care less that he smokes now, I'm so used to the leak........just watch the oil level.
shrug ............If he didn't like driving so fast, we wouldn't have this problem anyhow.
It is out of my hands.
