I'm glad there seem to be a lot of other shops carrying on from SHOShop, like SHONUT, SHOpp, Midwest SHO, RCM Automotive (on eBay and off) and even Napa is increasing it's product line, not to mention the buying power of a bunch of interested SHO junkies for group buys. I think we are still in good hands.

I wonder about the legal business status of "SHO Shop", in the case of someone looking to work refunds, etc.

At this point in time, a) is "SHO Shop" legally still in business, if their tooling or product line has gone to Tiny, b) did SHO Shop / Evo "merge" as mentioned Brian? If that happened, would Evo be financially reponsible for someone who's done business with SS? I guess my point is, by the time you're in California looking to take them to small claims as you mentioned, is there anyone to take there?

I hope for a smooth transition, regardless of what the situation is, so everyone gets their parts / refunds / whatever, and Evo doesn't end up unnecessarily getting dragged into any messes left at the SS end.

All this is conjecture anyway, and since phones don't work at SS, either email or certified mail would probably be the best approach for past transactions; contacting Tiny & getting the business scoop would be good for future then, given the info that's surfaced.

Good luck to all involved, including the SS / Evo Team & Tiny as well. My own personal needs will likely be met by the other vendors, but I may give Dave a call anyway & open a dialog.

SHOShop is owned by Vadim. Vadim works for EVO. EVO doesnt own SHOShop. Tiny is just helping out.

Call Tiny to order parts.

Sounds like Vadim has decided that the best thing for him is to get his SHO parts to the intrepid customer with an absolute minimum amout of overhead, a skeleton overhead if you will. If his overhead goes up then so does his middle finger to the business of SHO parts peddling...at least this is what I imagine is his line of reasoning. Take it or leave it. If he's got something no one else has then take your chances if you want. If somebody else has it then get it from them. Good karma from flowing money to the vendors who care and have their hearts in what they are doing for the SHO market.

Talk to Dave at Tiny Avenger. He is a good guy and should take car of you. He has been handling the SHO Shop orders for a little while now, and if he hasn't bought the product line from Vadim yet I think he will soon.

What about the "specials" on SHO Shop's website, will dave honour those prices? I can use a set of UDP...
Vadim honored the special price on my billet flywheel that I paid $249 for last week. I ordered by clicking on the email link. [email protected]
