SHO seat question

Is the back leather of our front seats interchangable? What I mean is, can you take the back cover off the passenger seat and put in on the drivers seat?

The reason I ask is the are so many good passenger seats but so many drivers seats with the side bolsters ruined.

i'm almost sure the seat backs are the same. i've herd of a few people doing this.
