I know everybody knows and loves these guys, but I just have to share my experience. I ordered a clutch kit and a couple other items from them last week. The next day Josh pointed out to me that the clutches were all on backorder and asked me when I was planning on doing the work. I told him that I was getting it worked on the next week and he gave me a clutch he had set aside for himself! Now that is service! Thanks again guys!

Hurricane,

Somewhat the same deal here too man!

I had ordered underdrive pulleys and a Y-Pipe from him. I ordered a Dynomax exhaust from Summit.
I had the Dynomax sent directly to him at his suggestion. When it was in, I went to his place so he could install my Y-Pipe and Dynomax for me.
Well, the UDP's were on backorder from the SHO Shop so he installed his in my car and showed me how to do it for when mine came in!
When my new ones came in he gave them to me to install and just to send his back.

Plus he returns all correspondence in a timely fashion and always helps out with part numbers, prices, suggestions etc.
My dealings with SHO NUT have been nothing but positive.

That's funny, I have sent him three e-mails over the course of one week and have yet to hear back from him.

When Nick was there I got a response that day.

You know, we really should be resolving any problems with vendors directly. Private emails should be used instead so that we don't start a flame war. I'm sure the moderators don't appreciate it. hehehehehehe :p :p :D :p

Hurricane - Similar situation with me a couple of weeks ago. I accidently ordered too many suspensions parts. He emailed back advising of what I did and asked if I were doing two cars and if not I should just get one set. A lesser vendor would have just done what I asked. thumbs_u

Thank goodness for SHOnut. At SHOKlahoma, Josh talked to me at great length and answered my many A/F questions. Most of my dealings were with Nick, through email. He was very responsive. Great work guys and good business.
