Here'e the deal.
The software we use is not free, we have a contract with the co-location folks, and I would never want to have it hosted for free. It it were free, the hosting company would be able to call all the shots. I would loose all control over my site. I also would not want to ship my hardware from NY to CA. RIght now, I can physically visit & configyre the PC at my leisure.
Although you offer is appreciated, it is not really feasable at this time. Thanks.
