I'm in the middle of adjusting my A/C clutch gap and I misplaced my shims. Do any of you happen to know where I can just get the shims for my car??? The ford dealer will sell me the shims with the clutch hub for $45 but I'm trying to avoid spending more than I need to. Any help is appreciated.

You can always go to a hardware, get some shim stock and carefully make your own. Might take a few tries to get it perfect, but it is definately do-able. You may be able to get the same size "machine bushings" from an industrial supplier. Me, I've got a small lathe and make my own stuff like that.
