I have a sheared bolt on the front motor mount. One of the two long bolts that connect the mount to the block sheared at the head end. Anyone ever heard of that happening? The mount is homemade reinforced, following directions you can find on here using liquid urethane to fill it along with bolts that limit motion. Any idea what size the bolt is?

I had it happen when I had the slid torque limiters and they were not adjusted correctly.

They are M10x1.5x100mm. Get the strongest you can.

I had it happen on a mount that was bad. All of the sudden it got really bad! I used grade 8 bolts and never had a problem for over 5 years until the car was determined unfixable (by my wife who didn't like being seen in a very rusty taurus)
