Is there a service manual available to the public? I have a 2010 SHO.

I'm not aware of any free service manuals for the 2010 SHO, only free Owner's Manuals. You can subscribe to AlldataDIY to get access to the factory service manual information. You're also likely to be able to find service manual DVDs on various online auction sites. I checked EBSCO which is a service often provided to public library card holders, but that currently has very little information for the 2010 Taurus.
