Anyone know either where I can get a replacement or how to fix one if it leaks?
Mine is leaking onto my cats and I'm worried about fire + I hate that d**n smoke.

try some gasket maker or RTV sealant... but be sure not to use too much so you dont contaminate your oil :)

Edit: are you sure its leaking that bad? how bad is the smoke... you might want to look at your valve cover gaskets...

The sensor and gasket is available only from Ford or anyone who sells their parts. The gasket is around $4, the sensor around $30 last I checked.

Eh, it was not too bad until last night I came home from the store and noticed it was a little worse than normal so I pop the hood and like 50 clouds of smoke came out... So today I guess I will have to track down whatever it is. Guess I will do that that the same time as I change the power steering cooler (leaks also), and reinforce my motor mounts. If it is valve cover gaskets, it would have to be the rear bank because I'm not leaking any from the front, also (not that it makes a difference) my plug wells are dry as a Texas.
