I can’t find this wheel in a 19 X9.5 with a 35 offset

It's hard to make out from your picture but, is the spoke marked 20x8.5J or 20x9.5J? Looks to read 20x8.5J which would measure 9.5 inches. Rim width is always 1 inch less than the actual width. FYI, J is the bead profile.
