Secondary controller

Where can I find the small black sensor-like device that is on the back of the intake? It has one vacuum line coming in--from a vacuum canister--then has one going to the T which branches to the two secondary diaphragms. I've narrowed my intermittent secondary functionality to this part.

It is called (for the 89) the Intake Air Control Valve, part # E8AZ-9H465-B and lists for about $25 at Ford.

It appears to be a commonly used electrically operated vacuum valve.

I do not know if it is avaialble aftermarket.
