SC tuner?

I got the code for my SC tuner last week, but i've been unable to burn anything on my SC tuner. On the SC tuner screen, it doesn't say eec tuner on the tools bar like it does when you click on help. Could this be my problem? Any help would be appreciated

maybe a screen shot would help. did you load a calibration file and download the stock program from the ecu? Corey

On mine after you load or modify the base program (don't save your "Base" as "BASE" if you have modified it) you burn it using the "Flame" icon at the top.
