Hello
I am kind of new here, and also new in sho cars, and I hope you can save on this one. I have a 93 sho, 2 day ago I changed my clucth, but after was done I began to start some problems, the engine began to oscillate, and suddenly stopped, I tried to turn it on again but I did'n t get anything, after 3 trys everything shut down even the dashboard light ( it was not the battery) and I heard beeps under the dash, some kind of alarm or something.
If you happen to know anything that might help me please send me a email
Thank you

Did you actutaly drive the car with the new clutch in it.If so, how did it run?Start with the basics, make sure all vacum hoses are connected properly, all the plug wires are in the correct order on the coil pack. Does this noise sound like a clicking? On my car when the inertia switch is triggerd it makes a clicking noise fromt he ircm. The inertia switch is was turns off the fuel pump incase of an impact. Its located in the trunk on the drivers side. Remove the carpeting around that side and you ll notice a red button, thats the one. and if that dosnt work, trying running codes. There are some real good code explanations on this forum, hit up the search button and you ll find a good explanatin on how to do it if you dont already know. Good luck!

This may sound off the wall but my SHO did the same thing and it was the main power wire connection at the fuse block under the hood, behind the drivers side strut tower. There is a big wire bolted to the side of the fuse block. I even had the funny alarm noise under the dash, and nothing would work, no power to the car at all but battery and all battery terminals were good. The tech may have had to take that loose to do the clutch and didn't tighten it back ;)

The beeping noise is definitely a power issue. I had the same problem when I completed my 60k because the SHO had been sitting for so long, and my problem was simply that my battery was dead. Make sure to check your electrical system!

Isn't that alarm related to the airbag. I think it sounds when the airbag warning light blows or doesn't get power.
