ok so i pulled the fuse because i enjoy the sharp sporty feel of "competition mode" as some would call it
and the stiff steering i think of as a workout

but will it harm my suspension to keep it like that all the time
or will it harm anything else

No. I took the ride height sensors off of mine so the struts would be hard all the time but still have the VAPS.

thats not a bad idea
im going to wire a switch to the fuse so the ladies have a nice smooth ride

You can also wire a switch into the sensor ground to **** just the struts and leave the VAPS as is. I got rid of the sensors because they are noise makers.
