Sable Door Mirrors fit the SHO?

Do certain Mercury Sable models' power door mirrors fit the SHO? Maybe the 92-95 year Sables? They're painted, also have the blue tint, and I think look pretty nice when matched up with the body paint.

I had Sable power mirrors on my SHO, not sure what year it came out of but they do and the color matching gives it a nice touch.

Their is a little spacer that comes with the mirror, that goes inbetween the mirror and attaches to the door you want to use the ones on your stock mirrors for a snug fit.

I'm not sure in how to describe that as to make sense, someone else may do a better job.

Thanks Tony, I know exactly what you're talking about. I just installed a new drivers side mirror this past summer, three bolts and wah-lah. Then of course taking the whole inside door panel off to hook up the power. Very nice pic, the white mirrors definitely compliment the rest of the white.

Tony, those Gen I mirrors also look great on the Gen II. I might be picking up a set soon, are they a direct bolt on from the Gen Is? shosound, I hear ya with the defrosters as I am in upstate NY, i'm sure it could be done with some modification.
