trust me, I've been thinking about it. It's all I think about! I looked at another green sable w/the thought of doing a drive train interior swap but it was ragged and would need paint just like this one. Like I said previously, I found a biege sable w/a mint body for $300 but it's biege and would need paint as well.
The bitch is, once I POR15 the florr this thing is still e dented all over. I have replaced the hood (21 dents), will replace the d-side (fender 4 dents) and all 4 doors except the rear passenger. And they are all SLO doors so I have to strip of the slo rubber and add the cladding. What a PITA. The roof is dented as well so it will definately need paint. I also need to drop the gas tank as the straps are rusty. I tried replacing them but they wont budge so they need to be cut off.
The more I write the more temping it is to get the brown one, swap bumpers and interior and paint it green. SHO wagon II.
Engine/subframe asssembly and interior swap should be real easy
