I have done it, with quite a few less mods than in my Sig. The driver mod is the big one, getting out the the hole fast is the biggest thing. The first 60 feet in the SHO make or break the run. So really sticky tires good launch technique and a fairly healthy car you should be able to get there.

3.2 w/ 3.0 cams. Good lauch and healthy car. Its all in the launch

IMO 3.2 with a y-pipe, clutch/ AL FW. Low 14's can happen and have. Any other bolt-ons just make it eaiser.

crazy driver mod and a complete disregard for the clutch and diff...

No, U can launch a car with out destroying a clutch or axles. Never broke anything yet and thats with full slicks too. 4k lauches too. Theres a huge difference in dropping a clutch and slipping it just enough. Street tires and slicks.... 2.0-2.2 were attainable.

However soon enough I have a feeling that may change. As 1st to 2nd may become a problem for the axles:evilgrin:

I ran a 14.5 quarter with a very near bone stock '90. I also had a 2.2 60 foot so that helps too.

As stated above, it's all in the launch.
