Rubbing noise in rear when turning sometimes

Car makes a rubbing noise when turning not all of the time had it several places can’t find it or it won’t do it car has about 130 thousand miles away maintained well it’s a 2013

Does it sound more defined from one side to the other? How are the lateral bars in the rear? There is an active recall on them for 13+ PP cars.

Does it happen every time when driving?

I had a similar issue and thought it was the wheel bearings, but it turned out the drivers side brake pads were just completely worn down. Not sure if its just me, but I only get about 15,000 miles out of brake pads.
