I’ve had my ‘11 SHO with PP(as far as I know) for about a month now and love it. I like maintaining my cars and from what I’ve read the PTU getting serviced is a must.

My local dealer quoted me $109 to service it and that includes running a cleaner through it. I’d like to do it myself, but there aren’t any good videos or articles about it and I like the idea they wil run a cleaner in it since they are prone to sludge from from what I’ve seen.

Aside from the PTU, what else should I service? I’ve seen the cabin filters get pretty nasty. Do the cooled seats have filters as well?

First off welcome.

Yes, but the new revision does not have filter material just a bunch of holes to keep larger objects out. If the material is fine you might try cleaning them.

Cabin filter is behind the glove box and easy to change if you don't know the last time I would suggest changing as they can get nasty. What is the mileage? DO you have any maintenance history to know what has been done?

$109 would be a deal.

At 104500 I just pulled out and looked at my drivers seat filter (2010) and it looked pretty good. Shot it with simple green, rinsed in opposite direction and air dried. Looks pretty good to me. Passenger side looks new.
