Repair end play (slop) in your rod shifter of the bushing at the tranny/swivel/clevis mount point.

I didn't have a bushing at all (use unit) and searched high and low to no avail... I know of the derian and 2 piece one available for sale, but I was in a rush and found another simple solution for free.

I used two old rear swaybar end link bushings and trimed them (slice/file thinner) to fit in the bar end bracket, drilled out the hole to fit and all done!... works great!

Btw: if you need that long bolt also (discont. and none in junkyards), you can buy a new 12mm x 130mm, grade 8.8 (threrad pitch ??) at a good bolt and nut store (for example: AAA Fastener and Supply Co.- Greenville SC) and local hardware stores won't have them.

Good luck and I hope this is helpful to others.
