Went to do the rod shifter bushings in my 94 mtx last night and can't get the bolt that goes thru the rod at the tranny out? I got the rod disconnected but the bold just wing come out, even tried to pry it with a screwdriver and some leverage. Got a few chunks of old busing out but nothing more...
All the instructions say this is a five minute job so what am I doing wrong?
Btw my shifter issue is the Clevis repair kit but didn't find that out until I got under the car to replace the main bushings....blah
