I did a search for info on this and found stuff for Gen 1 & 2, but nothing for Gen 3.
I live in WI and the 97 that I own has become a victim of the road salt. I would like to know if anybody else has had this problem. I want to fix it when spring finally rolls around but i can't seem to find rocker panels anywhere. The rocker covers are good.

Any ideas? :thankyou:

Rocker Repair

The sheet metal is not all the same and my 1997 was also a victiam of the wisconsin road salt. The car was almost perfict till I did an alignment and looked at the rocker cover and noticed it was buldging so I took them off and there was almost nothing left. But thank god I have a friend who is a sheet metal worker and he made me new rockers and cleaned up the bottom of the car and welded them for me. The Problem is that there is no good drain wholes in the front and back so if you replace them add more drain wholes. I also fixed any scratches and just slapped new paint on the whole car when I was done. It also stiffened up the body.
