I'm about to take a spring break roadtrip from Denver to Phoenix (~1K miles each way) with my 2015 non-PP that still has some warranty left. I've been running a Livernois 91 tune with their Windstorm CAI since January. I always keep my 2-bar MAP sensor and tuner in the trunk, so I'll have that to flash it back to stock if needed.

Is there anything else that I should do or change before I go? I don't anticipate any issues at all, but I haven't been out of town since I tuned it.

+1 on the road trip but good planning on keeping the stock 2 bar onboard. For on the road customer service with LMS I can speak for their ability to troubleshoot. I had a similar situation last summer with 93 tune and the final leg home with no 91 available. We discussed options, and ultimately chanced the 91 for that final tank to the DFW area. I will bring my tuner on the road trip to Carlisle I will bring stock sensor and tuner with me. I am also considering just keeping the 91 tune for the trip just to avoid having to reset during the trip. Also remember you can go UP in octane from tune but not DOWN. With that said if you do get in a jam like me you could go down one octane from the tuning file but I would only recommend as a EXTREME last resort. The other part of that is only use minimum fuel necessary for trip and plan to run out tank and replace with tuning octane ASAP. Also expect decreased performance and higher fuel consumption. Note I said higher consumption not higher MPG.......the fuel will still burn just not as efficient as the fuel recommended wit the tune file. I had no major issues on my trip but again mostly flat through south central Oklahoma.
