rim repair, chips and scrapes

i havent been able to find any threads on the topic of oem slicer rim repair..

was considering spraying my rims in gunmetal grey later on but have some unsightly chips off the outer rim where the coating seems to have come off in small sections.

is there any filler that can be used or anything done to repair this reliably before respraying the tire?
