Im 17 and i have a 1994 SHO the tires are starting to go and i have noticed that the tires and really narrow. That might explain why my car hooks so bad. I was wondering what was the widest i can go on tires and what size rims are good. anything would help

Welcome to the wide world of SHOs young shogun. The original equipment six-spoke "slicers" are only 6" wide and will not adequately support a tire wider than a 225/55-16. This size keeps very close to the original diameter (needed for suspension geometry and speedometer accuracy)will give the car more rubber on the ground and a more purposeful appearance with possibly a slight sacrifice in transient response due to the bowed tire sidewalls. You may want to try out the search feature at the top right of the Forum's pages to find a pile of information regarding shoes for the SHOs.
