Hi all! I've been a member here for a long time, though never posted. I always got information I needed from searching, and I'm not really a social type. I recently just bought my third SHO and my first new car, a Shadow Black 2018, PP with full leather. I already have it in the body shop doing some mild customization. I'll post pics soon. Until then, I did post a couple of albums with a few shots of my previous 2 SHOs for your viewing pleasure. I'm looking forward to gleaning information from you all, as I decide what to do with my new one. I've already got the exterior planed out. Interior will remain unchanged, unless I decide to add gauges to the A-pillar. Under the hood, well, there's not a whole lot to do. If I can run a 12.5 second quarter mile, I'll be very happy, and from what I've been reading, that won't be hard at all. I live in Pensacola, FL and plan to take it to the strip in Gulfport, MS eventually. That's the closest 1/4 mile track to me. Although there are a couple of 1/8 mile tracks closer, I'll probably go to first. Seems I'll have a major advantage there.

I looked through your albums. That white 93 with the SC looks very familiar. How long ago did you get rid of it or do you still have it?

I sold that to my buddy back in 2012 or 2013. He is/was a member here, so you may have seen it before. He has since sold the blower and related parts. It's still sitting in his front yard and never driver, sadly. It doesen't look quite as good either.

OK. He put the SC on his Gen1 for a while. The 93 has a nitrous setup on it now I believe.

Yeah. He had the blower on his car first, running 15 psi. It didn't take long to eat up the tranny, so I gave him my spare. I think he may have actually burnt up the engine too, cuz I know I gave him my spare 3.2. Not long after that, I got the blower from him and reduced the boost so my car didn't suffer the same fate.

That thing was insane. He took me for a ride when he first got it all tuned out. We drove right by a cop spinning tires at 90 mph. The cop must not have believed what he saw cuz he didn't come after us.
