Resonator delete/downpipes

I took my downpipes in to my local exhaust shop, he said it would be 300 to install and remove the resonator. Is the resonator delete something that needs to be tuned for, or is it fine with the downpipe tune?

Do not need to tune for it. Downpipes, not ABSOLUTELY necessary, but a waste of money if you don't tune for them.
