Reprogram a Superchip for the D4U1

OK, I got the chip for my 1994 Lincoln Mark VIII. How can it be programmed for my D4U1 CPU in my ATX 94' SHO? Superchips lies and says it cannot, just so they can sell me it's new model.

Hey axinator would you be able to reprogram a superchip that was off a 93 atx to a 92 mtx? Because my cousin has one from his old SHO and if you can then i will get it from him for my car
