I think he is referencing both as driver seat and passenger seat, that was what I was originally referring to as well. I figured mine out, have to click on the massage button on each seat before they start working.

I gotta say, the 15 menu style is a lot less user friendly than the 11. I had the car a whole week before I realized that Sirius was indeed activated and working. Can't wait to get a tune on it, driving around stock has been killing me.

I'm glad I read all of this because I've assumed this after having my SHO for the past 2 months, but its nice to see conformation that only 1 can work at a time. I did have only 1 time where some how the seat had some type of glitch, and both the cushion massage as well as the back massage were massaging at the same time. It was really nice, I'm not sure why Ford made it not an option to have both at the same time

I thought he was asking something else. Yes, mine cycles thru the seat and then the back, then back to the seat.
