A while ago, I came into possession of a pair of brand new/old stock 94/95 knuckles. I had new hubs pressed in and they're all painted up now, ready for installation. I also have collected new axles, calipers, rotors, pads, control arms, tie rod ends, struts, ABS sensors, ETC..

The only things missing are the dust shields. Since everything else is new and pretty, I feel I should make an effort to find some new or really nice dust shields.

Does anyone have a lead or a part number so I can continue searching. I know they aren't needed, but We Wants Them.

I stumbled on a set awhile back and the part numbers I have on the box show F3OY-2K004-A and F3OY-2K005-A. However, the part number on each part is labeled as F30C 2K004 AB and 2F1J 2K005 AA respectively. They also have a M479 stamping on them. I imagine Shorangerbird should have the part numbers as well as I thought I saw brand new ones on his rebuild.

The dust shields are too flimsy for that, IMO.

2K004/5 indicates "brake dust shield" I think
F3OY indicates 1993 Taurus.

Not sure what F30C is for; or 2F1J..

Don't bother....

The usual steps are to:

1. Remove dust shields
2. Deposit in trash
3. Continue On

In cleaning the garage last week, I threw away about 20 of 'em that I removed from mine and others SHOs over the years.
