i am working on my grandson's 2003 taurus while he is at camp.....ball joints, tie rod ends, control arms with bushings, struts.....hey it's old. got through most of the disassembly with a minimum of blood and swearing but i have one hurdle that i can not get over.....any clues on how to remove the control arm bolt that is hidden in the frame?? 5 hours, heat, 8 pound hand sledge......nut is off but the bolt must be completely seized to the bushing which is now spinning freely. it will not pound out. almost called a flatbed for the first time in 50 years of working on cars until i saw a blog post that mentions a saws-all. can i cut a small hole in the frame to access the top and bottom of the bolt inside the frame or am i schwicked. of course, all the examples of cutting are on nice horizontal, easy access bolts. any hints ?? thanks

I think maybe you have this in the wrong place to get an answer. The Gen III SHO was only produced from 2006-2009, so may not really apply to what you are trying to find out. You might want to try over in the Gen I/II sections.
