replace CPS ??

I have oil leaking from the CPS. Do I need to replace the CPS as well or just the seal? Car starts first time everytime and seems to have no other problems besides needing a valve job. Going through all the things I need to to while its tore down. Already have done the water pump, valve gaskets, plugs, wires,intake. Thanks

Just replace the seal and clean the sensor before reinstall.
