For those of you familiar with it, the engine in Todd Cook's hillclimb car has a custom intake, no long runners at all, and he's been making a lot of power and winning events with it for a long time. This isn't anything new at all.

I'm not familiar , but I'm curious.

Yes, yes, port the housings to about the BBB opening size. Gasket match the heads to runners and the tanks and you will be in for a suprise. I left in the shafts but grinded them down a lot. I believe that Kelvin (K-dawg on here) ran my old SHO in his VERY healthy MTX and from what I was told it about kept up

and ive ran Kelvins car in my 91,so if Todd's car kept up with him,then it would keep up with me too,from a good roll that is.my 91 traped @94mph last time at the track.

Todd Cook's hillclimb car (parked next to my silver car at the Pavillions several years ago):

He's won a lot of trophies and championships with that car, including at Pike's Peak.

Hahaha, I remember when Todd took it to the Pavilions that day, Eric. I talked him into firing it up. Holy Cow! Was it ever loud!

And do you see the ribs on top of his plenum box? Those are strengthening ribs that he had to put on after he fired it up for the first time. So much vacuum the plenum imploded. What a cool machine. That thing says business more than IBM.
