Removing Rev Limiter / Adding Anti-Lag

Anyone know how to remove the factory rev limiter?

Is that something that can be done with a tune from LMS or SCT?

Not as a functionality thing, just for sound. At a standstill you can't rev past 3500rpm for some odd reason. Makes for pretty lame exhaust clips unless you're on the move...

Also, is there an anti-lag made for these cars? Here's what I'm talking about:

I believe LMS just raises the limit unless requested. I know that Torrie just removes it. Unleashed also allows for adjusting the park rev limit and it allows it to rev much quicker also.
