As for the torque specs, I believe it's as little as 15 lb-ft, due to the aluminum you're threading into. Tools that you'll want will be a flat head screwdriver, 19mm open ended wrench, 15mm open ended wrench, 12mm open ended wrench, 12mm socket with an extension, 10mm socket, and a 5mm allen head socket. For the coolant hoses you'll want some channel locks and a long set of needlenose pliers if you have them. For extensions, have around 2.5' worth, to remove the IAB valve.
