How hard is it to remove the glass in a rear door and install a new piece of glass? I did a search but nothing came up that helped me. Also, how hard is it to replace the Window motor on a rear door?

TIA

once the glass is freed from the regulator, you can work the glass out from the outside of the channel.

replacing the window motor requires drilling out the factory rivets, unbolting the regulator track from the door. install the motor using 6mm bolts, washers, lock washers, nuts, and Loc-tite. loosely install the regulator/motor assembly, install glass with above mentioned hardware. work window up and down and note for any binding. tighten a few bolts at a time, recheck. once the window moves freely in track, tighten up all hardware and reinstall door panel.
