Removing center console (Gen 2)

Well, I'm trying to remove my center console on my gen 2.

I have removed the screws that are in cup holders, and screws that were in the small compartment as well as the 2 10mm nuts that hold the console where the radio was installed at.

It's obvious that it's loose, I can move it up about half an inch and about half an inch side to side all over, but the damn thing just does not want to come out and I rather not break it in the process of removing it.

Anyone have any tips on removing it? I did a search on the forum but didn’t seem to get anywhere.

You have to take the top off first. Open the armwrest and pull up on the top trim starting at the back going toward the front.

what about under the foam piece inside the armrest pocket? theres another screw there
