Do you have the keyless entry keypad? I forget which years have that... If you have that, you could possibly add the reciever box to it.

Better yet, just buy a car alarm with remote and a channel for trunk release and install it. I was starting to get tired of the crappy range of my remotes then I installed an alarm.. (my car was also broken into too...)

yes I have the keyless entry keypad, so I don't think it would be that hard, I guess I will find out.

Thanks

I can give you the wiring diagram for the keyless entry relay in the trunk...

Good time to install an alarm anyhow... I bought one of Crutchfield's alarms and their starter **** harness and an automotive relay. Connect the harness for starter ****, wire up power to the alarm, wire the door pin switch, hood pin switch, lock/unlock wires, relay for the trunk... It took me for ever because I tried to use their door lock harness (that was extra money and unneeded) and ended up just wiring that into the keyless system.

You could probably just have someone install an alarm for you but it depends on how much money you have to spend, I was better off doing the work myself rather than having someone else do it for an extra $100 or whatever it would've cost.
