I used NotSoSlowSHO's method of reinforcing them with urethane, which can be found here. This is assuming you have an MTX.

I used this method also and now I have zero engine movement. I used the most rigid Urithane and noticed a small increase of NVH at idle.

I've done it twice. The first time I did it (front mount only), I used urethane with a hardness of 94A and it definitely increased NVH (especially at idle). The second time I did both mounts and used 80A urethane, (and reinforced the trans mount at the same time). The increase in NVH wasn't quite as bad as with the 94A. Next time, if there is one, I might go with 60A.

I guess it was more than a small increase in NVH. I did have to watch the tac cause I thought my engine was idling terrible at first. I would say go with the hard stuff if the car is a toy, the softer stuff if you are going to drive it daily.
