My check engine light on my 93 SHO has been coming on now and then. I did the KOEO test on my SHO and received 519 PSP switch/circuit open. What does it mean? How would I fix this? Do I have to tun the KOER Test too?
Thanks.

It is there to tell the computer that the PS system is placing additional load on the engine. The computer can then compensate for that additional load by adjusting other engine management functions. This is especially important at low engine speeds, e.g., parking lot maneuvers to prevent stalling.

First, check if somebody unplugged the switch. If not, unplug it and install a paper clip as a jumper and rerun the KOEO test. If it stil fails with a 519, there is a wiring harness or computer problem. If it passes, the switch is probably defective (open). It can be replaced. The hard part is getting to it.
