recall kit sfb

I noticed that people talk about recall kit for subframe bushing, Since I got alsfb and could I reuse the existing bolt only if I take it out intact. what does recall kit supply? correct bolt,bushing or what? help me understand. Thanks

The recall kit includes, new bolt, HD nut, washer and plugs to put in the floor if you need them.

and destructions! (well you do have to drill a hole in the floor!). it was recomended by a ford tech to put the new 'nut plate' (it holds onto 2 tabs on the subframe), in a vise first before installing, and running the bolt through it.

if and when you get the kit, you will notice how tight it is, and you already weaken the tabs when removing the original...so yeah. should loctite be used to hold it on once there you think?
