Ok here is the problem I have a 12 month / 12,000 mile warranty on my rebuilt trans and it is still less then a year old and only has about 11,000 miles on it.
After talking to the Shop they said it is not covered under your warranty.
This is the desription I gave them.
When I am driving on a main st and then turn onto a steep incline/hill. At about 10 feet up I can feel the the trans down shift hard with a bang as it down sifts by itself hard.
I have a 1994 ATX SHO.
On my reciept it says the following:
