rear swaybar disconnected or ?

Hi, I discovered the rear swaybar is not connected! What the heck is going on? The shock/spring mount has a threaded assy which looks right, ie it has a nut that holds the bushing assy to the mount and a threaded rod that goes down to the sway bar......here is where the problem is.....there is NOTHING here.......no threads....no bushings and washers to sandwich atop and below the sway bar. I am stunned....it looks like someone cut it off.? (on both sides) I am going to see if I can find the replacement parts.....any part # help out there.?

fyi car is 94 auto sho, stock everything.
