Autozone sells the Gabriel Rear Strut Mount for $50 each. Both of mine were clunking away, as the metal bushing had torn from the rubber mount.

If the strut mount is intact, carefully check the tightness of the top strut nut. This nut, when slightly loose, can create a popping noise when traveling over bumps. If the top nut is tight, there is a chance that the strut itself is damaged, but this would usually require an external oil leak. If no external oil, check those sway bar link nuts and bushings and the sway bar frame mount bushings.
