rear speaker question

i have a set of kenwoods 5by 7 3way speakers and was wondering if they would be better than the stock jls's the kenwoods are kfc-578c and have a rms of 80 watts 120 peak

also does anyone know what the stock wire pin out are i need + and the -

almost all aftermarket speakers are "better" however the stock JBL's are tuned for your radio (assuming its stock) and amplifier.
