Rear/reverse/back up camera not working.

It displays a message on the screen saying "please contact your dealer". Do i need to go to FORD for this or is there any way i can fix it on my own? Thanks!

You MIGHT be able to get the camera software updated by the dealer, sometimes they have to contact Ford to get it.

Usually tho, the camera is history. New camera needed.

a new camera is needed... now FORD is checking to see if it's covered under my warranty (premium care).

they will replace it free of charge as it is covered under my warranty

I have this issue. If it’s not all the time sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t and sometimes it has the message
