If it isn't one thing, it's the next. When I first picked up the SHO, it had absolutely no braking power. 4 calipers, pads all around, 2 brake lines, and lots of brake fluid later she was able to stop. Although we had alot of problems removing, and re-installing the e-brake cables, and getting the pistons back in the caliper. For some godforsaken reason, I decided to try out the E-brake. It immediately released when I put it into drive, but held in reverse. Then I pulled the release lever, and put it back into drive and the car would barely budge. I reapplied the E-brake, and released it several times with no luck. I slowly drove the car into my parking lot, and when I took a look at the rear passenger side wheel I saw smoke, and a strong firey scent. Seeing some marks on the rotor, and passing my hand over it verified that something is eating the rotor. The E-brake? Gonna have to replace the rotor as well? What can I do to prevent this from happening? I haven't thoroughly investigated the situation, but any guidance before hand will be much appreciated. Thanks!!
