rear break problem??? please help

My Passenger rear brake caliper wears just one side of the break pads, I know the problem, the bolts that the caliper bolt on to, one is seized up, and won't let them wear evenly, so my question is how do I get it freed up or go about fixing it? Also how much am I looking at to get the tool to twist back the cylinder of the caliper???

Thanks all, I'm trying to do the job my self, the inner pad is down to the rivets, so I need to get it done soon,

The K-D tools #3355 is around 12 bucks. Look at NAPA or Carquest. AutoZone doesn't carry it.

Thanks for the links, I guess I could have done that my self, but I wasn't sure what they were called, Thanks again. How do you get the old ones off? I didn't see any way to do it.
