I had plugs (not from Midwest) and found them to be not such a great idea. IMHO they change the bias too much to the rear.. even with my front 13" brake upgrade and '96 rear brake upgrade.

My best advice is to leave the bias as is, or find a way to adjust it less than the wide open setting of what the plugs offer. The price (I got mine for free thanks to a fellow forum member) and curiosity about 'better' brake performance led me to try it. Spend your money on larger calipers and rotors, better pads and some stainless braided brake hoses. You will be very pleased with the results.

Is it possible for the plungers in the factory plugs to be seized? When going over my car when I first got it, it checked it and they wouldn't compress inward when I pushed on the bar... Or maybe they're seized in? I do get fluid/braking at the rear wheels, just wondering if its full flow/mid flow or what...

I think that it's possible although the plungers don't move a whole lot to begin with.
